The Buying Process
I’m here to make the home buying process as simple as possible.
I know the ins and outs of the home buying process. This is such an exciting time in your life. Through open communication, guidance through the process, and hopefully a little fun, I can’t wait to make it a successful and enjoyable experience!
1: Pre-Approval
Getting pre-approved by a mortgage lender is the first and most important step. Without a pre-approval, you have no idea of your budget or how much you can afford.
2: Find an Agent
Working with a licensed REALTOR® is essential for a successful home search. As a licensed REALTOR®, I am able to provide you with information on homes and neighborhoods that isn’t easily accessible to the public.
3: Shop
Now that you know your budget and have a licensed REALTOR®, it’s time to search for your dream home!
4: Make an Offer
With the market the way it is, you may make offers on a few different houses. Working with a licensed REALTOR® like myself will greatly increase your chances of winning the home!
5: Close
You landed your dream home! Now it’s time to close. This includes getting any necessary inspections and appraisals, and working with the lender to complete paperwork.
6: Home Sweet Home
The moment you’ve been waiting for! Once all paperwork is signed and the check is delivered, it’s time to move into your new dream home!
